Our goal of this special program is for you to join Burd Ford in helping raise money for the youth programs, schools, churches, and other locally based charitable organizations in our community at no additional charge to you! Our winning game plan is simple...We want your business and at the same time help our children, grandchildren and the youth of our area. For every dollar spent at our Burd Ford Service Dept. and Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center, your friends at Burd Ford will donate 3% back to the youth organization of your choice! With your help, our goal is to raise / donate over $250,000 right here in our community! If you are interested, please contact the youth organization, church, school or local charitable organization of your choice and have them contact our Quick Lane Manager Greg Wilson at 317-222-3160 or Service Director Jerry Williams at 317-545-8551 or visit www.MyBurdFord.com to enroll or stop by our new facility at 10320 Pendleton Pike. Email us today at service@burdford.com or call 317-545-8551 or 317-222-3160 or fax any info to 317-222-3161 or 317-568-4215.

Charges to enrollees

There is absolutely no additional cost to enrollees for this program. The charges enrollees pay for services at our Service, Quick Lane, and Parts Department are exactly the same as "non-enrolled" regular Parts or Service customers.

Benefits and payment to enrolled organizations

Burd Ford will make a donation to the enrolled organization of 3% of all charges (parts and labor) created in our Service, Quick Lane, and Parts Department by enrolled members of that group.*

Payments and documentation verifying payments will be made to the enrolled groups on a quarterly basis in the form of a "lump sum" check.

Example of payments: Let's say a Baseball league has 500 families enrolled and playing that season. The group enrolls those 500 families in this program and each family spends just $75 per quarter on regular maintenance on one vehicle per household. That would entitle the "baseball league" to a $4,500 donation per year from Burd Ford.
